Intelligence in the Gaming Industry (IGI) is an online, self-paced course that introduces learners to the uses and application of the intelligence practice in the gaming industry. Recognising the interconnected relationship between the two, IGI is a course for both regulators of the gaming industry and the gaming industry itself. During this course, you will learn about the background of intelligence, what it is and what the profession is about. You will be introduced to regulatory intelligence as well as the meaning and benefits of human intelligence. IGI will give you an overview of several useful analytical techniques, including cohort analysis. You will learn to recognize an intelligence question vs an intelligence requirement and test your skills with a final quiz-based exam. This course is designed for any organisation (private or regulator) seeking to build and/or expand their intelligence capability, for individuals who want to increase their skill-set and stand out from the crowd and for anyone generally interested in the intersection between intelligence and the gaming sector.
